These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by Vanguard Cleaning. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Vanguard Cleaning regarding our services and supersedes any other agreements made. By booking with us, you agree to these terms

1. Introduction

  • Client: The individual or organisation booking services from Vanguard Cleaning, also referred to as “you”.

  • Company: Vanguard Cleaning, also referred to as “we” or “us”.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Services can be booked through our website, phone, or email.

  • Payment must be completed 1 day before the booked service at the latest. An invoice will be sent upon booking and can be paid through bank transfer or card.

  • Invoices will be set after completion for services charged at an hourly rate. Payment must be completed 5 days after the invoice has been sent at the latest.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all areas to be cleaned are accessible.

  • Remove any valuable or fragile items from the cleaning area.

  • Inform us of any specific cleaning requirements or concerns.

  • Ensure that someone is present to let our cleaners into the home

7. Health and Safety

We adhere to all health and safety regulations. If any member of our team feels unsafe or uncomfortable, they reserve the right to cease work immediately.

9. Supplies and Equipment

We provide our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment. You may request a detailed list of all the products we use.

11. Service Guarantee

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make it right.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

15. Amendments

Vanguard Cleaning reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes made.

2. Services

We offer a variety of cleaning services, including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and specialised cleaning services.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling less than 24 hours ahead will result in a 15% fee.

  • Bookings may be cancelled 5 days in advance without penalty. Cancelations made less than 5 days in advance will incur a 25% fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible.

6. Liability

We are fully insured and will take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property. However, we are not liable for any damages caused by pre-existing conditions or failure to inform us of specific concerns.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without your consent.

10. Pets

If you have pets, please inform us in advance. We have specific policies regarding cleaning in homes with animals.

12. Pricing Adjustment

If the condition of your house or room is determined to be significantly beyond the standard level of uncleanliness, our company reserves the right to adjust the final pricing accordingly.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Republic of Ireland.
